Help us help you

If you are taking part in a pilot, tell us your restaurant name, what happened and approximately when. Please do not send passwords, staff join codes or table QR codes.

Account and privacy requests

In the iPhone or Android app, open My duty and choose Delete my account. Deleting an owner's account also removes that restaurant. You can also contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity before making changes. See our privacy policy for more information.
